The ‘Class of 2021’ have returned from remote learning with determination and have worked themselves back into a positive routine this term.
Term 3 has been an especially important one for the cohort, with the election of the 2021 prefect team taking clear focus. The speeches were highly competitive, and the quality of the candidates were brilliant. ALL candidates would have made exceptional leaders, but I would like to congratulate the following students on being successful in the vote: Lachlan Daly, Lachlan Stokes, Kalen Fay, Kyle Mayne, Yoshi Leung, Alyssa-Jane Butler, Wansai Chanthapanya and Alyssa Goodall. I look forward to this up-coming year and the initiatives they will be planning in their final year of high school.
The cohort are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their senior school jerseys – estimated to arrive early in Term 4! We are also working our way towards creating a cohort banner, featuring inspirational quotes they will remember for years to come (photo featured below).
Lastly, I would like to wish Year 11 the best of luck in their upcoming assessment week. To prepare for their assessment week, students are encouraged to organise their study-notes, complete a study-planner/schedule and complete practice papers!
Best of luck!
