SE1 are having a very productive Term 3. Students love using our Zones of Regulation posters as a way of communicating their feelings to their peers and teachers. Most of the time students stay in the Green Zone in our very happy class.
Recently we had a class visit from students in SE4, which involved older students assisting in a maths lesson on measurement. Mrs Chandler was disappointed to discover she had shrunk 1cm in height!
SE1 have continued to develop their cooking skills during our practical lessons in the kitchen. Students were able to follow procedures using a series of visual recipes.
SE1 is an enthusiastic group, who contribute to all aspects of cooking. They are transferring newly acquired skills and helping to prepare meals with their families at home.
During visual arts, students have been busy making their own fantasy masks. Students have been creative with their designs and are extremely proud of their work.
